WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS, WE DO STORE CREDIT--WE WON'T BUDGE ON THIS EVEN IF YOU CUSS US OUT & THREATEN TO RUIN OUR BUSINESS--THIS IS OUR POLICY, PERIOD.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Items MUST be received back to us within 7 DAYS of the date you received the item (Example:Delivered to you Nov 1, package has to be delivered back to us by Nov 8)
- You MUST email for approval BEFORE sending back - sales@theruffledfeatherbus.com
- ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM - NOT LAYING IN THE BAG OR STUFFED IN THE POCKETS - ATTACHED TO THE ITEM
- Items CANNOT show signs of wear, have makeup on them, smell like perfumes, smoke or pets, nor have pet hair on them.
- Shipping costs will be your responsibility & you will need to provide Tracking info via email
- If we have the item in the size needed for an exchange we will send it once we receive the original item, if we don't have the size needed, we will issue a store credit.
We will process returns once a week, NOT daily.
Pre-Authorized Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.
Local Pick-Up
- You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pick-up
- Orders MUST be picked up within 48 hours of notification that it's ready
- Orders not picked up after 30 days will be donated
